Steven McIntyre is an Australian film-maker and academic. His work has been published by music labels Mochilla, Ninja Tune and Stones Throw and screened at forums such as Edinburgh Film Festival, LIFT Toronto, Exploding Cinema London, MIFF, and the San Francisco Cinematheque. Installed in Monterrey Mexico for 10 years from the late 90s, McIntyre became probably the only experimental filmmaker in that part of the territory. He is now Coordinator and Principal Tutor of Audiovisual Communication at the University of Melbourne, Australia.
